FAQs

Need some local social media inspiration? Check out our example page to get started with your local social media request.

The image template is your visual for the social media post and one of the most prominent pieces of the message you're trying to send to current and potential customers. There are plenty of options for each customer group to choose from and the text is editable. When you fill out the Local Social Media Request Form, please include the text you would like to include.

Need help with copy? Choose from copy examples, created by our in-house copywriter, that fit your local social media request. Whether it’s a local promotion, showroom CEU or a counter day, these copy examples are a great place to start.

Now that you've selected your template and your copy, make sure you include your selections within your Local Social Media Request Form. Once the social media team puts together your post, you will be asked to go back into Workfront and approve the post.
