We also understand that in return you provide that same level of service to your consumers who are buying the Trane brand. One of our goals in 2016 is to equip our dealers with a competitive edge in the marketplace by providing extensive training opportunities.

Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin understands that consumers have changed in the past few years. They are more informed than ever. In this “information age” your potential customers are hyper-connected and have the ability to access literally hundreds of resources before making any purchase. Our 2016 training calendar is dedicated to helping you set yourself apart, close more sales, diagnose system problems, and be more profitable on every job by helping everyone on your team deliver a truly incredible experience for today’s consumers.
 
Almost any distributor out there can deliver products. At Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin, through our training and development programs, our goal is to help you deliver profit. No matter what you’re doing in life, success requires two things… Skills and Tools. Every session we have booked for 2016 is focused on delivering you the skills and tools you need to leave class and make an immediate impact on your bottom line.
 
PURPOSE: To provide Trane Dealers the opportunity to participate in ALL locally hosted Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin business and technical training classes at a discounted “Value Package” rate to help them improve their organizations and grow profitably.
 
PLAN: Participating Trane Dealers will receive 2 spots in ALL locally hosted 2016 Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin business training classes and 5 spots in ALL locally hosted 2016 Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin technical training classes. The annual cost of this package, as outlined in the sales plan provided by your Territory Manager/Sales Manager will be billed quarterly (4 installments) to your Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin credit account.

  • THIS PACKAGE IS OPTIONAL. Trane Dealers can participate and pay for local training classes as they see fit. However, it’s important to note that local training participation is a requirement of all Trane Dealers. This package provides the best value for dealers that actively participate in training.
  • Trane Dealers must enroll in the 2016 Training Value Package prior to participating in locally hosted Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin training classes to receive credit for the included spots.
  • Total cost and class eligibility will be prorated upon Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin submitting this Agreement. Dealers will not receive credit for classes attended prior to their enrollment in the 2016 Training Value Package. ackdated class fees cannot be refunded. The cost of the annual package.

I also understand and agree to my Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin credit account being invoiced for this package. I agree to pay the overall annual cost outlined in the program’s sales plan, which will be split into 4 payment installments on my Ferguson HVAC Lyon Conklin credit account. I acknowledge and understand there are no refunds.**
